Premier Search, Inc. represents a rehab client that is offering an exciting leadership opportunity as the Program Director for a 19 bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility at a  Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.As Program Director, you will:

  • Be responsible for financial management, census development, unit operations and client & physician relations
  • Direct program development and expansion, quality improvement, and community education/marketing activities
  • Lead and supervise a team of highly skilled nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionalsQualifications for the Program Director position:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current license and/or certification as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Proven experience in budget management along with meeting financial goals and objectives
  • Clinical and management experience in an Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit is highly preferred
  • Management experience in skilled, sub-acute or transitional care environment would be considered
